Easytrieve to COBOL program conversion.
Hi,
We have some programs which we had been using for years to fix some of the production abends. These programs are in easytrive. It's been announced that easytrieve will be decommissioned soon. Could someone please guide a quick way to convert these easytrieve programs to COBOL Programs.

Thanks for the reply.
I am not in to hiring team nor I can take that decision though I understand what you mean.
I have searched on google to and there are mention about utilities, I thought if there could have been some easier way to do this. Thanks for your response.

Re: Easytrieve to COBOL program conversion.
This is not different than any other conversion from one language to other. Though it becomes easy as both the languages are for mainframe. Google is your friend: see if this helps.
Thanks,
Anuj
