Our intent in creating this site was to combine information from our career as a mainframe-computer-programmer with relevant resources related to programming currently found in other places on the internet. We hope that the result is a unique creation that may benefit others seeking to satisfy their curiosity about programming related to IBM Mainframes Computer.<\/p>\n
This Forum is our little effort to show respect and gratitude, in our own manner, to the Titans of Our Industry – we met, in person or online, over the years.<\/p>\n
If you look back and observe this Dino from some where in early 70’s, you’ll know that an IBM 360\/40 mainframe had less than 100 thousand bytes of memory and today the Laptop we built this web-site on, contains over 400 million bytes of memory. Whoa! The time had changed and so the Mainframes. We talk about this changing time also on this site.<\/p>\n
