I have seen this website but I always get confused on how to start working with them. I mean I have seen the links to get started but I think I am not very clear with them. If you can direct, it might help. In the mean time I would spend some more time on this.

Click on Resources at the top, then click on Slideshare and start reading the slide shows. You can also click random links to see what they are talking about. The only way to start is to click something.
