If I need to copy a VSAM file to another VSAM file where I change the name of the output VSAM. In doing so is there a possibility to copy the input VSAM attributes to output VSAM? Just like model DCB parameters?

Use ADRDSSU to do the copy (or DUMP / RESTORE). With the appropriate parameters, ADRDSSU will create an exact copy of a VSAM data set. You may need to work with your storage group or system programmers to get the parameters correct.
