Skill - ITIL>Problem Management
Technical requirements- Minimum 5 yr of working experience in subject matter expertise in Problem management,Understanding of ITIL process such as Incident ,Problem,Change management,Understanding of infrastructure and applications SIP/CSI
5)Change Manager - 5 to 12
Skill - ITIL>Change Management
Technical Requirement - Minimum 5 yr of experience in Change and Release manager ,Experience of working in it env with gud Understanding of agile and devops, Strong Service management Process knowledge and experience.
6)PreSales /Bid Manager - 10 to 15
7)Scrum Master / Senior ScrumMaster- 5 to 20
8)Program Manager- 15 to 22
