For one of the application we're planning to migrate from SUPRA to DB2. Is there some comprehensive list of tasks which we should consider for such migration? I looked at IBM website and not sure if IBM DB2 lists some case studies of this nature. Can you please guide me, if there is some case-study or doc on this?

I doubt that you can get such a list readily available to you. As your shop has already decided to migrate, you can ask the IBM personnel for a white-paper and/or a case-study. You've all the rights to ask that. If you google "supra to DB2 migration" and "case studies for supra to DB2 migration" - you might get some hints but you've to go white-board and draw your own conclusions with the hints.
