Hello, would this site be reachable via ibm-mainframes.com link again?

For some reason the zmainframes.com had always been blocked at my organization, but the same site was reachable via ibm-mainframes.com

Now that the domain no longer points to this website I am unable to access it. So curious to know if it would be back on that address as well.
