When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort 8-)

What sort of "coding"? I cannot think of (m)any jobs that do not require coding of some kind, be it JCL, control cards, programs.

  1. May be a PMO job in an IT company.
  2. Testing possibly but that might require coding in QTP, if that's the tool in use.
  3. 'Program-Manager' - but then that would need a substantial IT experience.
  4. May be networking side of IT, like working with routers, switches, VDIs etc. - you might avoid writing "codes" as such compared to a programmer.
Thanks,
Anuj
