Is there any open source Eclipse Based IDE tool that can be used for Mainframe Development (Not only Cobol IDE) ?

May be I have not asked my question well enough but your answer seems to give half information (Sorry a hectic morning at my end). "Professional development" can be done at home too with non-enterprise tools. What I meant was - are you looking for Enterprise Level Software suites or something like Hercules.
