Years of Experience: 6-12 Years
Job Location: Bangalore/ Chennai/ Trivandrum/ Cochin (You can pick any of the location as per your convenience )
Required Skill Set:
· Good experience in the MF DB2 DBA
. Good experience in the administration of IMS for z/OS .
. IMS Version 9 and 11
. Familiarity with Mainframe tools , Programs, utilities, TSO, ISPF, CLIST.
. Provided the day-to-day support and administration activities of DB2/IMS subsystems across various LPARS of Z/OS mainframe systems.
. Worked in BMC tool to Monitor IMS jobs(preferably BMC Mainview) and RECON dataset.
. Should have experience in Image copy, Load, unload, Reorg etc.
· Good understanding of Disaster Recovery solutions including designing, configuring and ongoing support is preferred
· Good oral and written communication skills, especially in communicating with the customer and escalating issues is desired
· 24x7 Production Support experience and willingness to provide 24x7 support preferred
· Good troubleshooting skills and ability to display analytical thinking for problem solving is preferred.
