Genrating HTML tags for the email attachement in mainframe.

Is there any way to create HTML tags in mainframe COBOL and use those formatted tags in an email attachment using mainframe JCL? I have been searching about it all over but could not get something to work on.

If you want automatic generation, then no.  You can always hand-code the HTML in your COBOL program.
