I have observed that some of you are having a flag under the avatar, how do you bring that up? I also want to put one. I liked it. Who should I contact here to get that? Suggest me please.

Please follow the this link ucp.php?i=ucp_profile&mode=profile_info and scroll to bottom. Look for "Flags" and select the one you want to.
