I started back in 1971 with IBM 360/20 and continues thru System/Z. I had been a system programmer for over 25 years, work for IBM in the design and coding of the Image Plus system, Alyeska pipeline service company and wrote the SCADA system. been in my present job for 17 years.

It's nice to know more about you mickeydusaor.
I read about SCADA, supervisory control and data acquisition, during my college. I had a strong urge to make my career in to SCADA and DCS back then but I started with mainframes. SCADA was part of Electronics and Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering curriculum - I did not realized that IBM's mainframe could be used in this way too.
