Birthdays on Front page.
Birthdays on Front page.
Hi,
There is a link to "BIRTHDAYS" after "Registered users", what is this for? Though it seems that it should be for birthdays but how does it work?

Re: Birthedays on Front page.
On your Profile there is an option to put your date-of-birth. I presume, when the anniversary arrives, it will tell us, and we can wish you a happy birthday.

Yes, that's correct William.
Go to User Control Panel > Profile Birthday, you can add details about your Birthday. Once a user fills in the details, name of the user will be displayed on the Index page when the birthday comes.
If one enters in the the year, the age will be displayed in brackets otherwise only the name will be displayed.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort
