My usage go from 5 to 8 hours per day. If watching movie online, it increases more than that...

I use computer for 6 to 7 hours a day. Mofile use is much more than that, if it is a small computer.

My project pressure has increased and I have using computers now nearly 10 hours per day, on an average!

Now a days, due to pandemic, the use of computer has increased like anything. I have been working like 12+ hours easily.

10 hours, at least. I think it our screen should be less but in this IT world I doubt it's going to decrease.
I'm rather concerned for my daughter, she is on screen all the time for her online classes and so-called homework thereafter.

Several hours a day. In fact the use of mobile has increased significantly for me now.

I think it's pretty common for anyone to use computer 10-12 hours if they are working in IT. I also use around 10 hours a day.
