How to use utf-8 characters in SQL?

How to use utf-8 characters in SQL?

Hi,

While executing program DSNTEP2, how can we pass utf-8 characters in SQL, for example "äáò" and other such characters. Please guide.

Have you considered using the "UTF-8" character set in the SQL program to handle characters like "äáò"?
