As a lead for CCB Consumer Business Banking & Auto Technology – Core Banking, Arrangement & Financial Processing you will be involved in serving millions of accounts, with Trillions worth of daily transactions and supporting thousand of batch jobs running though memo & end of day processing. You’ll support various products offered to JPMorgan Chase Customers (US$ Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit & Retirement Savings accounts) through suite of applications leveraging IBM tech stack (Java/J2EE, Mainframe/COBOL, DB2, Middle ware - Master Broker / IBM Integrated Broker, Cloud Native, Event Driven messageing)
The core mission of your team is to safeguard the funds of our customer's and be the system of record for US dollar bank accounts. Additionally, the team is responsible for ensuring we generate 100% of fair fee income. This group will focus on speed to market for high priority business demand, while meeting a specific objective around Revenue Generation.

JPMChase CBA – Core Banking is looking for a talented and highly motivated self driven and a solution provider to lead application development teams. This position will offer exciting opportunities to be part of transformation journey involving - Cloud migration, Adoption of microservices, Event driven architecture, Fast tracking API development in addition to driving our transformation from an application centric to a Product Driven highly Agile Organization
Engage in the planning, architecture, design, and development of solutions that satisfy business requirements with a strong knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS), Microservice Architecture and related technologies 
Delivery using agile methodology with CI/CD and automated testing and deployment capabilities using devops 
Assesses and identifies mitigation for risks, including those related to high level design, integration, and data quality. 
Partner across enterprise boundaries to lead execution capabilities & efficiencies 
Interact with senior leadership in India and US to develop strategy for the application platform 
Ensure that the team and associated applications adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines keep abreast with the latest developments in third party and custom development technologies 
Develop people on technical, domain and leadership capabilities with active coaching. 
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business analysts, solution architects, project managers and development teams. 
Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling. 
Utilize excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills. 

Skill Set/ Capabilities/Strengths 
Multi-year experience in Banking specifically on Core Banking platforms / domains 
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic 
Solution driven attitude and multitasker 
Experience developing Java, J2EE, spring, hybernate interfacing DB2 databases & version control 
Experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation 
Experience with DB2/SQL 
Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale mainframe or distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment 
Understanding of JAVA and Cloud ( Public /Private) and concepts of PaaS/IaaS is required 
Experience with the mainframe, COBOL, JCL, ZEKE, ZOS is good have 
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) 
Multinational captive site or overseas experience
Qualifications 
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science or related field 
Minimum 18+ years of professional working experience
