When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Re: Can a mainframe computer host a website?
At a previous employer, I developed the internal IT web site and hosted it on the mainframe for more than 10 years. The web site had many pages with HTML, some GIF and JPG pictures, and we did not use z/VM -- this was all done in Unix System Services on a z/OS machine.
