What are temporal tables ?

Post by narinderc »

Hi,

I need to work in a Project where I have been told that they make use of temporal tables along with CICS. I am not sure what is a temporal table and where do we use it? I have used temporary table but that is used in a DB2 stored procedure. Can someone help me to understand the concept about temporal tables?

Why not ask the person who told you in the first place? That is what I would do, and would have to do as I have never heard of them eeither.

narinderc, you may find this of use.
"I come to the conclusion that, men loving according to their own will and fearing according to that of the prince, a wise prince should establish himself on that which is in his own control and not in that of others." -- Niccolò Machiavelli
