I do follow the Fitness regimen - however what are all the exercises do you do ? Cardio, weights or squat or some more...? Like Tread Mill, skipping... :)

Thanks for the vote Akshypal - and nice to listen that you've a long list for exercise. However adding all those to a poll question would be little too much. And perhaps will confuse rather, to a non-gym-going person...:)
