§ 4 to 6 years of relevant experience on Mainframe skills

COBOL, IMS, JCL, TELON, CICS, ENDEVOR, DB2, VSAM

§ Good experience on Support and enhancement

§ Experience with Retail Domain is added advantage

§ Exposure to different development methodologies and Maintenance activities Prior experience in working in an Onsite/Offshore delivery model

§ Ability and aptitude to learn business functionality

§ Good communication skills

Good analysis and problem solving skills
