Requirement in Capgemini for the resources with below skillset..

• Mainframe Developer - positions - 18
  Technical competency - CICS, DB2, JCL, COBOL, VSAM (All Mandatory skills)
  · Overall Mainframes experience of 3 to 5 years
  · Development experience of more than 2+ years is a must
  · Ability to do impact analysis from functional requirements, writing low level design, coding, unit and Integration testing
  · Good communication skills is a must
  · Banking or Insurance domain knowledge would be beneficial
• Mainframe Tech Lead/Dev lead - 7 Positions

Technical competency - CICS, DB2, COBOL, JCL, VSAM (All Mandatory skills)
· Minimum 4 years of hands on experience on the above skills
· Overall Mainframes experience of 5 to 8 years
· Development experience of more than 4 years is a must
· Good communication skills are a must and client interaction experience would be a plus
· Banking or Insurance domain knowledge would be beneficial
