Strong experience in Mainframe, JCL, CA -7, TSO, JES environments.
Good experience with ITSM process.
Experience in CA -7 Scheduling and operational support to production system.
Experience in handling batch job abends across various LPARS using CA -7.
Experience in processing the requests coming from the applications to perform JCL Cancels, Force Completes, Restarts, Demands etc. within the CA-7 environment.
Experience in CA7 requests to set up adds/changes/deletes for job schedules, triggers and calenders.
Experience in editing Prose restart instructions.
