Job Description:
- Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the mainframe service delivery
Documenting the AS IS processes and procedures of the ZoS administration
Set up of offshore operation for mainframe ZoS administration & mainframe service delivery
Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customers site
Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams
- 2 Mainframes, 4 LPARS (Prod / Non-prod / copy prod) (1 / 2 / 1).
Approx 1500 MIPS
Mainframe storage 40 Terabytes

Solid experience (7+ years) in delivery roles within IT Infrastructure
Experience in hardware maintenance/trouble shooting
Demonstrable track record of running / administering mainframe servers
Experience in working with US customers
ITIL v3 Practitioner
Technical requirements
Experience with various of z / Architectures
Strong hands on IPL / POR procedures
Good Knowledge in ZoS , JES2 , TSO / ISPF , DFSMS ,VTAM, RACF and commands
Work experience in HMC console monitoring , master console monitoring and VTAM monitoring
Strong knowledge in RACF / ACF2 to provide User access privileges
Strong knowledge in IBM utilities ADDRSU , FDR, IEBCOPY, IEBGENER
Experience in monitoring and administration tools Omegamon, Mainview , SYSView
Experience in DASD storage management and tools DFHSM, $AVRS and dispatch tools
Strong knowledge in REXX, CLIST, JCL , OMVS, TWS, CA7, OPC, Control-M,
Experience in disaster recovery setup and conducting DR drills.
