Description:
The incumbent will be a member of the Customer Information Management team within the eBusiness organisation, working with a team lead based in the US. The primary role of this position will be partnering with the team to develop and implement enhancements to current Mainframe processes of worldwide customer name and address data as well as establishing new processes as the business grows. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is highly motivated and comfortable working as a member of a diverse, global team.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
· Work on Mainframe development & support
· Data analysis
· Data stewardship
· Fulfilling requests for customer data lists
· Ability to effectively communicate with others
· Work effectively on Offshore/Onsite model
Required Qualifications:
Computer-related or Engineering-related four year College or University Degree (or equivalent)
Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM Mainframes with development experience using JCL (SYNCSORT), COBOL and DB2
Desired Qualifications:
· Knowledge and experience in the below mentioned process:
Customer & Dealer Data Management
· Strong Business Logic and Analytical Skills
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Excellent organizational skills
· Team player; self-starter; highly accountable
