Job Description 
Role Description As a Technical Lead, you will be lead the application Maintenance team and work with the team to do coding, testing, documenting and implementing changes as a part of application maintenance and development team for Mainframe Applications. Job includes adhering to coding standards, procedures and best practices; creating test plan, conduct unit testing, integration testing and production roll out. 

Skills: Bachelor's degree, with minimum 7 years of Mainframe Application development or Maintenance work experience. 

Minimum 5 years of experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2 and VSAM, CICS 

Knowledge of Endevor, IBM Utilities, SORT, CA Gen, Stored Procedure, Easytrieve and QMF is preferred. 

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn domain and functional aspects 

Flexible to work in shifts; w illingness to work on 24*7 projects on rotation basis. 

Candidates with experience in Life insurance domain and Assembler/ Vantage skills is an advantage 

Having H1B Visa and travelled in last 3 years will be a plus.
