Hi Sudhakar and welcome to the Forums,
It's nice to see a lead joining us...
(pun intended). On lighter note, I met this guy who said he has around 20+ experience with CICS and with Batch processes he is just starting with as he has got just 7 years of experience there! So you know what people consider as experience in this field.
...we have many of the fellow members on this board with very vast experience in many different aspects of mainframes. Hopefully, we'll learn more together, as we progress.
