Hi.

Hi,

I'm working with Mainframes and I seek to learn more about DB2 and VSAM. Hope to learn more here.

Is there any way that we can learn such technologies away from office? Specially JCL.

Hello and Welcome to the Forums Shivani,

For COBOL, you can download some of the free compilers. OpenCOBOL (GNUCOBOL) is good one.

For DB2 I'd suggest, start with DB2 Express C.

For JCL, I doubt if you can try that home.

Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Anuj
