How to compare IAM files?

How can we compare two IAM files? I tried with SuperCE , it says Open Error. Is there any other utility to compare?

I doubt if the native SuperCE can hap you compare IAM files.

Do you have file-aid available at your shop, if yes, please try witht that - this document gives hnt of doing it using file-aid:
