Can we use Python to automate mainframe screen validation? Please share your experience in this area.

Please explain - we are not mind-readers.
If this were to run on the mainframe would it be on the MVS side or the zLinux side?

Are you talking about CICS input screens? TSO input screens? Another product's input screens? For example, if you want to validate CICS screens, as far as I know, Python does not execute under CICS -- so in this case the answer would be an unqualified NO!
