Why don't you:-
a) explore the menus
b) explore the documentation
c) ask your Changeman admin
???

Actually in my last company we used to have a comaand but that command does not work here. There are no options avaialbel in changeman itself for the back-up. I have explored the menus.

Asking changeman admin is a very long process thogh I have sent them an email but I don't think they will reply me soon.

Why do you need to take a backup? Changeman backups should be part of the site's normal housekeeping policies. Why is that not sufficient?
