Hi,
I have been observing a job for some days. The job runs one day and it takes 5 CPU seconds and the next day it takes 8 seconds and so on; while I didn't change anything. What happened? What can I do about it? What's going on? Why would this happen. Please help me to understand this.

The most common cause of this is differing numbers of records being input and processed -- one day 50,000 and the next day 80,000 for example. What can you do about it? Nothing. It is not a problem, nor is it anything to be concerned about.
