When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

You resolve it the same way as any ABEND: find out where the problem occurred, figure out what happened to cause the specification error (hint: the manual will give you a list of possible reasons for many of the S0CX ABENDS), and then correct the issue.
