LISTDSI in z/OS 2.1.

Post by Anushka Sharma »

Hi - From manuals and some tests, I have checked that in z/OS 2.1 a PDSE can be of two different types - type 1 or 2. Manual  gives information about DSINFO and it has been enhanced to set the variable, ZDSDSNV, to indicate if the PDSE is version 1 or 2. But I don't find a similar variable for LISTDSI. Does such a variable exists?

I do not believe that LISTDSI returns that information.

Yes, that's the only option I am also thinking of now.
