since this is a mainframe forum,
with the objective of helping people on how to make better use of a mainframe

it is completely out of place to ask for help in decommissioning one.
cheers

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort 8-)

if You have time constraint a forum is not the best place to ask for help
a paid consultant will be more than happy to provide the service You request according to Your implementation plans
