Job naming is site independent so your OT/OP is any alpha identifying a system or develpoment group for test and P/Z for production in one place that I worked.

And how is this an interview question?

In general, you cannot. If the site has job name standards, AND the programmers follow the job name standards, you can use them to identify test and production jobs. Some sites, however, do not have such standards in place and for those sites you cannot tell which jobs are production and which jobs are test (although usually a job submitted through the job scheduler will be production; this is not a 100% infallible rule though).
