Hi,
How to by pass the step without cond parameter, in a JCL?
I was aksed this is an interview. I think we can use IF parameter but I'm not sure. Are there more methods for this?

Re: How to bypass a step in JCL?
For example, if there are 10 steps and you want to bypass first 3 steps and DO NOT want to use COND - you can use RESTART your Job from STEP 4. However if you want to bypass a step in between and want to execute the steps before and after the 'bypassed step' - I doubt that there is an easy way out apart from "temporarily editing" the JCL.
Thanks,
