CA: Ever see @@@@@@@ data when virtualizing CICS MF or IMS ?
When you do your CICS Virtualization and are not seeing the expected data it is probably because when you setup your Cobol Copybook you have the default of UTF8 data vs EBCDIC data. All you need to do is update your copybook definition to tell CA Service Virtualization and CA Continuous Application Insight to use a different code page, the most common EBCDIC code page is IBM037.
