Multiple STOPAFT in SORT.
I want to copy first five then leave ten records and copy next five records from an input to output. Can this be done using SyncSort?

Yes, but not the way your title suggests.
Have a look at SAMPLE= on OUTFIL. Consult your documentation, If SAMPLE= is not available to you, there are many other ways to do it.
