Hi,
In this new project I see a lot of files have this "+" signs along with the volume number when located in ISPF 3.4. What does + indicates at volume information?
"+" sign at volume?

Re: "+" sign at volume?
The + means either that the data set uses multiple volumes, or that the data set has been defined to allow use of multiple volumes.

Re: "+" sign at volume?
Thanks. I was thinking the first can be a possibility but how can I define a data set to use multiple volumes? In jcl I can use VOL but in ISPF 3.4, can I do that?

Re: "+" sign at volume?
I don't believe it can be done via ISPF 3.4 -- I run an IDCAMS job with ADDVOL to accomplish the task.
