Speak to your storage people if a rerun does not work (it may just have been a little bit of contention or something).

The steps you follow should be standard and followed for ANY system error you get:

1. Look up the IGD17100I message in the appropriate manual.
2. Determine from the message what the return code and reason code indicate
3. Determine how the return code / reason code apply to your specific situation
4. Use that information to correct the problem
5. If you fail in doing any of these steps, contact your site support group for assistance

If you develop a standard method such as this, you will discover that 90 to 95 percent of all errors you get can be resolved without needing to post anything on a forum -- the rest may require your support group to contact a vendor.
