Hi,
I am trying to dynamically allocate the dataset using the utility RXTDAIR bt not getting a way out. Can someone please guide on this.

RXTDAIR is NOT part of the standard IBM zOS delivered software ( even pretty rare I would say )
moreover You did not ask a question, You did just whine about something not behaving according to Your expectations

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,

The IBM-supplied way to dynamically allocate a data set is via BPXWDYN. You might try using it.
