Basically, I would like SuperC to tell me that there were differences, but they were masked by certain process statements, like

You may have to delete all cookies set by IBM...

I got this message trying to access RFEs a couple of weeks ago: Error 500: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/codec/binary/Hex

The cookies thing was suggested, but didn't directly help. I use Ubuntu. Using Windows 7 I was able to access the site without the error, but did I know my password...

Last week, I tried again. No problem from Ubuntu. So... there is some resolution to my problem (and yours shows 500), but..
