First, realize that most of COBOL is standard so an OO COBOL book for Micro Focus won't be that different than an OO COBOL book for z/OS.
Second, what research have you done already? Google is your friend. I Googled oo cobol and got back about 287,000 hits and several hits on the first page refer to books for learning OO COBOL -- even some hits for IBM mainframes.
