Cobol "colored" editor.

Post by Bunny Maheshwari »

Hi,

I'm looking for a COBOL editor to write the code, so that it looks "colorful" (like special names, commands are highlighted with differnt color) in Windows OS. Is there any editor of this nature? Can some one please help?

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort 8-)

Hi,

You can try with any of these:

Notepad++
Zeus
Ultra-Edit
tsWebEditor 2.1
Sothink HTML Editor
Easy HTML To Any Script Converter 3.0
HTML Code Export 1.0
BestAddress HTML Editor 15.1
HTML Source Code Bar 2.0
The Free HTML Editor 12.5
Notepad Pro 1.5
Code Visual Editor 2.7

I've not added them as hyperlinks, you can google to see where to download them from.
Thanks,
Anuj
