I did an experiment and had 10 Job-cards in a single member of a PDS - 20 Jobs got submitted, as you said. Should not it be one-Job, per member? I'm confused why it's not that way..?

Is the region we see at Logon-ID have something to do here? I'm not sure but I vaguely recall that, such behaviour depends on that.

Is not "restart" and "resubmit" totally different to each other? I'm not sure but can there be circumstances where in they can behave "just same"?
