I am getting a DB2 alert during stored procedure execution, as concurrent active threads are exceeding the threshold value set for Max monitor threads in profile ID table.
How to fix this issue?

Is there any Compiler option to avoid comments in the COBOL program? I ask so because there is a program in the baseline library of our programs where some lines are left un-commented in between the description of the program but program compiles.

If program A CALLs B, is it possible a file "some-file" is opened in Program A and data is written in to B? And is it even a good design?
