Confusion on the primary space allocation of VSAM.
Hello all, Some VSAM files have a primary allocation of 400 cylinders. Secondary of 450 cylinders. When I ran a LISTCAT on these VSAMS, primary extent displayed in LISTCAT, shows 12000 for primary, secondary extents are 6750 tracks which is correct for 450 cylinders.
