and there is a requirement to do it with out sort, I was not aware about it before.
then learn  to collect all the requirement before asking  for a solution

the sort solution is the simplest available

the responsibilities of the console operator and/or generic operator and normally for all the roles in any organization are defined by the organization in the job/role/task description manual or whatever name they call it and are usually clearly specified in the hiring letter so any answer given her...

You mean to say that copybook change is part of audit? audit levels depend on the company standards, the laws under which the company operates the application development/deployment process and the change management process ( derived from the above ) and ... there are also external audits/verificat...

as usual replies are concerned only about the lowly technicalities things to consider ... legal / auditing / paper trail certification that the change has passed all the tests  and all the affected components have been rebuilt most auditors frown about dates mismatches the developing environment use...

These are Fusion Jobs and send data to these servers if these servers downtime is planned, only somebody technically challenged would run jobs which rely on the servers availability if Fusion behaves like NDM there should be the possibility to schedule retries until the file transfer is successful ...
