Re: Finding the datasets with highest space allocation.
Thanks Robert after posting my question I got a JCL on DCOLLECT but it asks for the Storage Groups. If we don't know the storage groups, can we do it with the Production high level qualifiers of he datasets?

Finding the datasets with highest space allocation.
Hi, In this new project of ours I have observed that they are not using RLSE parameter in the SPACE parameter and it looks like that many datasets are allocated a lot of space. I have manually looked at some of the datasets and they have a more than 100 cylinders allocated for primary and secondary ...

Increase the LRECL output of the SPUFI.
Hi,
I have been using SPUFI for some time but neve needed to increase the length of the output. Now the SPUFI which I have gets data from many columns of a table. Now the result goes beyond the 133 record length. Is there a way to get around the length of the output dataset?

I used because I wanted to say that when we get experienced here in India the rate of payment is not that good compared to other developed countries. So the pace to get good salary is slow. I may be wrong in using the word though but this is what I wanted to say.

Thanks Robert. We use CA-7 but I am not sure how to do it in CA-7. I shall check on that.
I was thinking that sort or some other utility program could do this but it is not that easy.

Once number 9 slapped 8. 8 asked "why did you slap me"? 9 replied, "you are inferior to me, so I slapped you." Now 8 did the same thing with 7 and when asked for the reason, he replied the same as 9 did. Likewise, 7 slapped 6 6 slapped 5 5 slapped 4 4 slapped 3 3 slapped 2 2 slap...
